SmartPoi External Lithium Charger

Components:

  1. 12v adapter
  2. Lithium charger module
  3. Heat shrink tube
  4. Mono 3.5mm jack
  5. Wire
  6. Barrel Jack screw terminal (optional)

Putting it together

First solder the wires to the charging module

Solder the Jack switch and screw wires into the screw terminal – or just solder to the 12v adapter wire directly. Make sure to pay attention to polarity!

Cover the module with heat shrink tube.

Connect the 12v adapter and charge the poi!

Note: the extra jacks are for switching off the poi when you aren’t using them. When plugged in the poi are switched off.
